Data subject rights
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), you have the right to:
- Request access to personal data relating to you at any time, asking for information about the data processed by the data controllers. Providing information or copies of the processed data is free of charge. You may be charged a reasonable fee based on administrative costs for any additional copies requested,
- Request the correction, deletion, or restriction of processing of personal data relating to you at any time,
- Request that the data controller inform the recipients who have been notified of the data corrections, deletions, or restrictions on data processing,
- If the legal basis for data processing is your consent (i.e., for convenience and advertising cookies), you may withdraw your consent at any time, although the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. The data controller may continue to process personal data after the withdrawal of consent to fulfill legal obligations or enforce legitimate interests, if the enforcement of these interests is proportionate to the protection of personal data rights,
- If the legal basis for data processing is your consent (i.e., for convenience and advertising cookies), you have the right to data portability: you can request that the personal data about you, which you have provided to the data controller and which is processed automatically, be provided in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, or be transmitted to another data controller. You may also request that – if technically feasible – the personal data be transmitted directly from one data controller to another,
- If the legal basis for data processing is the data controller’s legitimate interest [GDPR Article 6(1)(f)] (i.e., for operational cookies), you can object to data processing. An objection is a statement in which you object to the processing of your personal data.
