Who is considered a Data Subject? Whose personal data does the Data Controller manage?
The data subjects are external individuals (non-employees) who enter the warehouse located at the premises of the Data Controller in Üllő, hrsz 3621/1, 2225.
What personal data is processed?
The Data Controller processes the image and video recordings of natural persons (Data Subjects) who appear in the warehouse area located at the premises in Üllő, hrsz 3621/1, 2225, using the cameras listed in the appendix of this information notice as part of an electronic surveillance system.
What is the purpose of the data processing?
The purpose of the data processing is to monitor the movements and actions of persons (Data Subjects) present in the monitored area for asset protection, investigation of incidents (accidents, theft, etc.), and for evidence and claim enforcement in related authority, court, or other proceedings. The realization of these data processing purposes constitutes a legitimate interest of the data controller.
What is the legal basis for the data processing?
The legal basis for the data processing is the enforcement of the aforementioned legitimate interests of the Data Controller [GDPR Article 6(1)(f)]. Since the data processing is recognized in legal regulations (Act CXXXIII of 2015), is widely implemented, and as the Data Subjects can expect data processing to occur, and since the data processing affects the personal data of the Data Subjects only in an extremely limited manner, the legitimate interests of the data controller in this case outweigh the rights of the Data Subjects related to the protection of their personal data.
What is the duration of the data processing? How long does the Data Controller process personal data?
The Data Controller processes the personal data of the Data Subjects until the purpose related to the interest ceases, or until successful objection, but retains the recorded footage for a maximum of

– 30 days in the absence of use (1 year for warehouse spaces),

– until the final resolution of legal proceedings related to an event (incident) in case of such an event (incident).
What rights do you have?
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council (GDPR), concerning the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, you have the right to:

(i) be informed about the data processing,

(ii) request access to your personal data held by the Data Controller,

The Data Controller employs Sector Hungary 1992 Ltd. (2724 Újlengyel, Határ út 12.) as a data processor in connection with data processing. Sector Hungary 1992 Ltd. conducts camera surveillance for the Data Controller based on an indefinite contract.
What are the consequences of failing to provide data?
Failing to provide personal data means that the Data Subject will not be able to enter the monitored area.
