What personal data is processed? | The Data Controller processes the image and video recordings of natural persons (Data Subjects) who appear in the warehouse area located at the premises in Üllő, hrsz 3621/1, 2225, using the cameras listed in the appendix of this information notice as part of an electronic surveillance system. |
What is the purpose of the data processing? | The purpose of the data processing is to monitor the movements and actions of persons (Data Subjects) present in the monitored area for asset protection, investigation of incidents (accidents, theft, etc.), and for evidence and claim enforcement in related authority, court, or other proceedings. The realization of these data processing purposes constitutes a legitimate interest of the data controller. |
What is the legal basis for the data processing? | The legal basis for the data processing is the enforcement of the aforementioned legitimate interests of the Data Controller [GDPR Article 6(1)(f)]. Since the data processing is recognized in legal regulations (Act CXXXIII of 2015), is widely implemented, and as the Data Subjects can expect data processing to occur, and since the data processing affects the personal data of the Data Subjects only in an extremely limited manner, the legitimate interests of the data controller in this case outweigh the rights of the Data Subjects related to the protection of their personal data. |
